Do I need a credit card?

Reflect is free forever — no card needed. To start a Reflect AI 7-day free trial, you add a card up front. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

What do I get on Reflect AI?

Reflect AI is your personal AI trading coach — it reviews and scores every trade you place, pulls the real chart for it, and keeps the coaching history forever. The training libraries and the Discord community are free on every plan.

What happens after the trial ends?

If you cancel during the 7 days you won't be charged and your account stays on the free Reflect plan. Otherwise your subscription begins at $39/month. Either way, you keep all your imported trades, your journal, and your notes.

What is Key Levels, and what does the free plan limit?

Key Levels is pre-market prep: enter a ticker and it computes the support and resistance the stock has actually respected, plus its prior-day and pre-market extremes. Every plan gets the whole tool — nothing about the analysis is held back. The limit is freshness. Our market data runs about 15 minutes behind, and during a fast pre-market move fifteen minutes is often the whole move, so you can paste a screenshot of your own broker chart to bring the levels current. Reflect includes 5 of those updates a day, and Reflect AI 25.

How does the AI coaching work?

When you import today's trades, TradeReflect automatically fetches the real 1-minute chart data for each trade from Polygon.io — the same data source used by professional trading platforms. The AI analyzes the chart against your specific trading rules and scores your execution. It runs once per trade and the result is saved permanently.

Do I need to upload chart screenshots?

No — that's the whole point. Webull exports include exact timestamps, so we pull the chart data automatically. No screenshots, no manual entry.

Does TradeReflect work for futures or options?

Not yet. TradeReflect is currently built for stock day traders — the coaching rubric, chart data, and analysis are all tuned to equities. Futures and options support are on the roadmap, and we're tracking demand. If you trade them, sign up and let us know in your onboarding answer — it helps us prioritize.

Is the Discord free?

Yes, the TradeReflect Discord community is open to all TradeReflect members at no charge.

Can I cancel anytime?
